Jackie Rodriguez
President of JLR Consulting

Jackie received her MBA from Alvernia University, where she was a member of the Alpha Lambda chapter of Alpha Epsilon Lambda for excellence in service to graduate and professional school students. Prior to receiving her Masters, Jackie graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Business Management from Alvernia University, where she was a member Alpha Sigma Lambda. Her extensive background in banking, customer service, and utility regulation has been a valuable asset to our clients. Involved in the business community, Jackie served on the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Small Business Committee. She is also the founder of Personal Reflections, Inc., parent company of JLR Consulting.

 

Javier Rodriguez
Founder of JLR Consulting, Consultant

After earning a BS in Computer Science from Albright College in 1981, Javier spent 16 years at General Public Utilities as an IBM MVS systems programmer, DB2 and IMS technician and PC software developer. He also managed the data network support team and was responsible for the budgeting and deployment of their new Cisco based network. Javier later became a network consultant for Chesapeake Computer Consultants, where he designed and implemented network infrastructure upgrades for Hershey Foods, New World Pasta, PA House of Representatives, Penske and Sovereign Bank. In 2000, Javier founded JLR Consulting where he continues to provide network consulting services for financial institutions, manufacturing facilities, engineering firms, K-12, and small businesses.

Early in his career, Javier taught accredited evening computer and programming classes at Albright College, and he continues his love of teaching as Director of Training at JLR Consulting.

 

Lori Machemer
Consultant, MCP

Having joined the JLR Consulting team in 2006 as a network consultant, Lori is committed to providing quality service for our clients. From deploying data infrastructure within new construction projects to the integration of networks for company acquisitions, Lori's expertise brings efficiency to both small businesses and major corporations. She skillfully navigates the initialization of projects, including the design, budgeting and creation of computer networks. Her proficiency with maintaining current systems allows her to diagnose and provide corrective action recommendations for application performance problems. Her past work experience with school districts provides the team with the experience needed to effectively support networks and applications within a school and has played a significant role in expanding JLR Consulting's work within the educational sector. Lori is a graduate of computer-training.com. She earned her MCP and is pursuing her MCSA and MCSE certifications.

 

Mary Richard
Consultant, Project Manager

Experienced project manager and professional consultant, Mary Richard is a welcome addition to the JLR team. As a skilled team leader in the banking industry, Mary’s expertise in computer technology extends beyond direct technical support to include the management of massive data initiatives. As evidenced in her experience as a consultant for Sovereign Bank, she is especially proficient in coordinating the efforts of internal teams and multiple vendors to achieve seamless transitions of complex projects. Such efforts include technical conversions for Sovereign Bank’s mergers with Waypoint and Independence Community Bank, the management of multi-million dollar branch network upgrades, and deploying the setup of ATM networks. Mary is a graduate of Albright College, and brings with her education, experience, and a natural giftedness for fostering teamwork.
